At PCCA, CNA’s and MA’s are called Enteral Feed Techs (ET Techs) and provide nutritional support to our children. They work with gastrostomy feeding tubes and other special feeding needs such as children with positioning requirements.
Patient Care Technicians
PCCA Patient Care Technicians perform a variety of duties for each child related to daily living: grooming, feeding, toileting, etc. They also provide each child with a variety of activities including music, reading, tactile stimulation, and auditory stimulation. The Patient Care Technician follows therapeutic feeding techniques and proper diet for each child. They will also assist in the training of new employees as part of our mentorship program.

Pediatric Complex Care of Arkansas is an intermediate care facility that cares for children with severe developmental and medically complex needs. We are champions for our residents, with employees, who collaboratively work together to create and maintain the quality of life for our residents by fostering a safe and clean environment. This is a full-time Maintenance Director position that is under the direct report of the Director of Facilities. The primary focus and responsibilities of this position are to keep the building and premise of Pediatric Complex Care of Arkansas in good condition while ensuring the safety and welfare of PCCA’s residents.
Pediatric Complex Care of Arkansas is looking for a Full-Time Restorative Aide to join our team. Applicants should be a self-starter, focused, and have some knowledge of the human anatomy. Rehab training or previous Restorative Aide experience is a plus.
