Enteral Feed Tech
At PCCA, CNA’s and MA’s are called Enteral Feed Techs (ET Techs) and provide nutritional support to our children. They work with gastrostomy feeding tubes and other special feeding needs such as children with positioning requirements.
Resident Caregivers
PCCA Resident Caregivers perform a variety of duties for each child related to daily living: grooming, feeding, toileting, etc. They also provide each child with a variety of activities including music, reading, tactile stimulation, and auditory stimulation. The Resident Caregiver follows therapeutic feeding techniques and proper diet for each child. They will also assist in the training of new Resident Caregiver employees.

We are a long term residential facility for medically complex children. We are looking for a nurturing, energetic registered nurse (RN) or advanced practice registered nurse (APRN) to provide care for our population. We are currently seeking a Part-Time Environmental Services Technician IN OUR LAUNDRY DEPARTMENT for our WEEKDAY MORNING shift. Regular schedule is 6:00 AM-2:30 PM Monday through Wednesday of each week.
Pediatric Complex Care of Arkansas is a privately owned Intermediate Care Facility specializing in the care and treatment of residents (birth – 21) with severe to profound developmental and medical complex needs. We are looking for an energetic, flexible, full licensure SLP or CFY professional to join our collaborative therapy team. While working 20-32 hours a week you will provide classroom inclusive treatment and traditional one-on-one treatment in a combined school/medical environment. Currently, we are seeking a Part-Time Dietary Aide. This position features a Part-Time schedule (during the shifts 5:00 AM-1:30 PM and 10:00 AM-7:00 PM). This position will work when extra help is needed in the kitchen, approximately 20 hours per week.
We are looking for mature and caring nutrition students to volunteer 3-4 hours each week. You will learn to weigh and measure height on 58 complex-care children. You will be able to shadow one of our two registered dietitians and gain valuable experience needed for admission to dietetic internship. Must be able to attend full day orientation and be able to work 3-4 hours on a set day of each week for at least a semester.
