Part-Time Receptionist/Secretary

The likely candidate for our Receptionist/Secretary position will have a variety of responsibilities including but not limited to answering phones, greeting employees and visitors, and conducting a screening process for all persons entering our facility.

Our Receptionist/Secretary will be responsible for making sure temperatures are checked at the door, ensuring that each person fills out their screening questionnaire entirely, and keeping track of visitors who enter and leave the building. In this role, one must be able to operate a multi-line telephone system effectively and efficiently, transfer calls to appropriate staff members, and relay messages correctly. The Receptionist must be able to operate a postage meter and drop off outgoing mail at the end of each shift.

Operational knowledge of general office equipment (i.e., printer/ copier, scanner, computer) and the ability to type are necessary. The Receptionist must be punctual, personable, and reliable to succeed in this position.

Availability from 5:30 AM – 10:30 PM M- F and 5:45 AM- 7:00 PM Saturday and Sunday on a rotating shift, as needed.
